Shipping Info: We try to send out all orders within 3 days. Vinyl records are posted in sturdy cardboard mailers with stiffeners. We will remove the record from the sleeve to avoid seam splits and supply an overbag to ensure it leaves us in perfect condition. We use Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class. Delivery is generally 3 working days after posting. For Special Delivery or Tracked parcels within the UK, please contact us for a price.
Return Policy: Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
